Privacy Policy
Article I. Basic Information
These terms govern the relationship between elem6 s.r.o., Braškovská 308/15, 161 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company ID: 24232335, VAT No: CZ24232335, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 200563 (hereinafter referred to as "Controller") and the buyer. Further information about the Controller is available on the website lauben.eu.
Personal data protection is provided in accordance with legal regulations, especially Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing.
The buyer is obligated to provide personal data accurately and truthfully and to inform the Controller of any changes without unnecessary delay.
Personal data will be processed in electronic form by automated means or in printed form by non-automated means.
The Controller may entrust a third party, as a processor, with the processing of the buyer's personal data. Processors include:
- EcoMail s.r.o., Company ID: 02762943, registered at Na Zderaze 1275/15, Nové Město, 120 00 Prague 2;
- the selected carrier for delivering ordered goods;
- ……………
The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to meet legal obligations and prevent unauthorized access and misuse of personal data.
Article II. Buyer’s Rights
The buyer may withdraw consent for personal data processing by written notice delivered to the Controller’s address, elem6 s.r.o., Braškovská 308/15, 161 00 Prague 6, via email at info@elem6.com, or by informing the Controller by phone at +420 608 221 112.
Upon request for information regarding the processing of their personal data, the Controller is obligated to provide the information. The Controller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing this information, not exceeding the necessary costs.
If the buyer believes the Controller or processor is processing their personal data in violation of legal regulations or the privacy and personal life of the buyer, the buyer may:
- request an explanation from the Controller or processor;
- request that the Controller or processor corrects the situation; this may involve corrections, supplementation, or deletion of personal data or restrictions on processing.
If the buyer requests the sending of personal data recorded by the Controller, the Controller must comply and provide the machine-readable personal data within 30 days of receiving a legitimate request.
If the buyer requests the deletion of personal data recorded by the Controller, the Controller must comply and inform the buyer of the request status within 30 days of receiving a legitimate request.
In the case of multiple requests, the most recent request is considered valid. A legitimate request is one in which the data subject (the buyer) is sufficiently identified.
A registered buyer can manage their personal data directly through the customer account administration, under the "My Account" page, where they can:
- request a copy of personal data recorded by the Controller;
- request deletion of personal data recorded by the Controller;
- download their personal data in a machine-readable format recorded by the Controller.

The buyer also has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection or a court.
These terms are valid and effective from 1.12.2024 and replace previous terms.
