- 500 g chicken (thighs or breast)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes

Method:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Coat in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 200 °C for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.

Baked Rice with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 250 g cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot (coarsely grated)
- 50 g frozen peas
- soy sauce to taste
Method:
- Mix the rice, eggs, carrot, and peas in a bowl.
- Season with a little soy sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
